Title: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician

Location: Bethlehem, PA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Type: 6-month contract to hire

Start date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of all processes and operations used in R&D and manufacturing of Rx products

• Follow and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the above-listed processes and equipment

• Record all manufacturing batch processes using appropriate batch records

• Strict adherence to procedures and batch records

• Compliance with all current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP)

• Maintain clean and safe working environment at all times including cleaning and maintenance of all pharmaceutical equipment

Requirements:

• Associates Degree and/or experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

• Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures or a willingness and desire to learn

• Must be able to understand and convey the English language with good communication skills

• Able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours) and perform repetitive tasks

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to meet the company's gowning requirements including: hair net, shoe covers, uniform, lab jacket, face mask, nitrile or latex gloves, beard cover (if applicable), safety glasses, tyvek coveralls
