Description

We are offering an in-office contract to permanent employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant in the heart of Chicago, Illinois. This role will be situated in a fast-paced environment and is key to ensuring smooth running of our operations. The Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in managing client relations, learning and utilizing trading software, and providing stellar administrative support to our team. Strong computer skills are required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient operation of the office

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service and timely response to inquiries

• Conduct detailed review of various documents and materials as part of the job function

• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings efficiently

• Proficiently use Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for various administrative tasks

• Execute data entry tasks with high level of accuracy and speed

• Manage email correspondence with clients and internal team members, ensuring professional and timely communication

• Learn and adapt to the use of Schwab trading software and other technological tools as required

• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring high quality of work

• Display punctuality and hard work, contributing to the overall growth of the team and the organization.

Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

• Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience in data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments

• Ability to conduct detailed reviews and manage computer data entry tasks

• Strong computer literacy

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

• Capable of answering inbound calls and providing assistance as required

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of professionalism and integrity.
