What the day will look like
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and servicing portfolio of global multinational clients, large and medium size local corporate clients.
Responsible for leading and guiding team members to provide a high level and professional broking servicing standards to meet customer’s expectation in relation to the day to day delivery.
Responsible for department budget and performance.
Support in business development initiatives.
KEY RESULTS AREAS (KRA)

Aged debt management
Adherence to non-negotiable items:
Time Recording
Contract Penetration
Compliance Requirements
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Education & Qualifications/ Expected Experiences
Diploma/ Degree in Business
Preferred employee benefits industry consulting experience
Skills & Knowledge
Computer skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Communication skill in English (both written & oral)
Proven client relationship capabilities dealing with large clients with complex needs
Strong leadership with capacity to develop talent and lead by example
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and public relations skills – able to communicate effectively across organisational levels
