Job Description

*This is a hybrid role reporting to King of Prussia office*

The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) will manage our RPO partner, and drive accountability to contract terms, SLA adherence to ensure supplier meets customer needs, quality, and compliance of a successful talent acquisition partnership. This will include other vendors for ATS, background checks, drug screening etc.This role will partner closely with our HR Operations manager to drive process improvement and identify areas of opportunity to transfer to our Global Services Center (GSC) and drive influence long term Talent Acquisition solutions. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Full life cycle recruitment for all Director and Senior Director roles, with all other roles being managed by RPO.

  • Manage engagements with retained firms for VP level hires.

  • Take a proactive approach to partnering with HR Business Partners and leaders within the business, addressing concerns and advocating for talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Adhere to and keep current with all local, state, and federal employment laws throughout the recruitment and selection process. Hold hiring managers and interview teams accountable to same and counsel as appropriate.

  • Assess and develop resources and tools for talent acquisition, hiring managers and RPO as needed.

  • Socialize and develop emerging talent solutions such as trade school and university partnerships to secure internship programming in next year.

  • Adhere to all Enviri policies and Core Values.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings, or a combination thereof.

  • Minimum 3 years successful RPO relationship management and/or oversight for an RPO.

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.

  • Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

  • Ability to easily shift gears between tasks.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to relate to all levels of the organization.

  • Operates with integrity.

  • Able to handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Impeccable attention to detail.

  • Operate with a sense of urgency, following up with internal and external contacts in a timely manner

  • Experience preferred in designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs to enable a culture of learning, high performance, and leadership programming.
