• • Complete assigned tasks before Bar opens (e. g., Set up the Bar, Prepare Drink Condiments; keep sufficient inventory/products on hand; etc.).
• • Serve beverages as ordered.
• • Take orders and deliver beverages and appetizers (in Nevins Pub and/or Hamilton Bistro).
• • Prepare appetizers as ordered.
• • Correctly charge residents and guests for drinks and appetizers.
• • Diligently keep area neat and clean.
• • Completes assigned tasks after bar closes. (e.g., Break down of the bar, clean up of the area; etc.)
• • Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors.
• • Inform supervisors of complaints, unsafe conditions, know when and how to re-act to someone who has been over-served, etc.

• Pleasant, courteous, and respectful toward residents, supervisors, and co-workers.

• Reliable and able to report to work on time and in full uniform.

• Enthusiastic and interested in providing excellent service to residents and guests.

• Personally neat and clean, and one who takes pride in her/his appearance.

  EDUCATION: Current College student or graduate desired. Bassett Trained.

  EXPERIENCE: Prefer bartending experience but will train.

  CONTACTS: Residents, guests, staff.

  PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift up to 10-20 pounds.

  WORKING CONDITIONS: Fast-paced.
