UMPhysicians Physician Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) Division of Neonatology in Minneapolis, Minnesota

The Division of Neonatology, University of Minnesota Medical School, is seeking a physician scientist with training and experience in neonatal sepsis, immune response and antibiotic resistance. The Division invites applications for a tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor.This position will contribute to the Immunology and Infectious Diseases and Global Health research programs in Neonatology. Qualifications Have an MD/DO, PhD or equivalent terminal degree. Graduate of accredited ACGME Pediatric residency and Neonatal-Perinatal fellowship training programs, and be within three years of completion of fellowship Board eligible/certified in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine. Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure. Ability to obtain/maintain DEA certification in the State of Minnesota. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges. Have the ability to receive work authorization in the United States from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and maintain legal status according to the requirements of VISA category while in the United States. Research interests and expertise in neonatal sepsis, immune response, antimicrobial resistance and global health. Research space and a competitive start-up package are included.
