Oracle Senior Security Analyst- Container Threat and Vulnerability Management in Philippines
Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT, Information Security, Cyber Risk Management
Strong understanding of vulnerability scanning tools and methodologies
Experience working with container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker)
Ability to analyze vulnerabilities and summarize data into executive reports
Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain flexible and maintain high-quality output in a fast-changing, demanding environment
Knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements (PCI, ISO, etc.)
Experience with tools like Qualys, Splunk, Tanium, Illumio, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus
Recognized industry certification or continuing education programs are a major plus

Responsibilities
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Assist with the implementation and setup of container vulnerability scanning solutions
Integrate scanning solutions into existing workflows
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure security best practices are followed
Analyze scan results to identify, prioritize, and report new vulnerabilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure remediation of identified vulnerabilities
Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on progress, blockers, dependencies, target dates
Develop and maintain documentation related to container vulnerability scanning processes
Monitor and optimize the performance of integrated scanning solutions
Suggest and implement new concepts or ideas for improvement
Flexibility to work with overseas teams during off-hours
